The North Country Mall is
a newly built shopping cum entertaining place situated in Greater Mohali, Punjab on National Highway
21. There are many shopping malls nearby this mall but it has enough
space rather than others. It has been developed by a real estate development
company named Gumberg India, which is a privately held company in the country. According
to the report, the mall has 17,50,000 square feet Built up Area. On the other
hand it has 10,34,000 square feet Retail Space, 3,33,000 square feet Anchor Area, 160,000 square feet
Entertainment space and 2,57,000 square feet area for Small Tenants. There are
two floors in this mall, including lower ground and upper ground.
The shopping mall covers a large population of Mohali, Greater Mohali,
Kurali, Ropar Morinda, Kharar and other nearby cities. It provides a vast range
of services like multiple entry points, Food Court, Multiplex Cinema, Shopping
Stores, Indoor Games and much more. The mall offers all types of entertaining
services to the Tricity citizens and gives them a comprehensive range of
products with cozy services under one roof. Moreover, the mall provides large
parking space for visitors who wish to park their cars. More than 3000 cars can
be parked in the parking place of this mall.

square feet area.
The mall has nearly 250 stores, including some brands like Woodland, Decathlon, Costa Coffee, Home Center, Lifestyle, MAX and Skechers. which offer a vast range of products to the shoppers.
It also provides North Indian, South Indian, Chinese and Italian Food services to the visitors by offering restaurants like Vaango, Juice Lounge, Dominos Pizza, Punjab Express, Pizza Vito, Wok Noodles, Pizza Hut, Shake-a-Tikka, Yo! China, Baskin Robbins, Sindhu Dhanni and Biryani Gully.
On the second floor it has a gaming place called Fun City where people can play and enjoy the games.
Opening hours of the mall are 10 am to 10 pm.
